Alan Cheng is currently studying as an undergraduate at the School of Industrial Design at Carleton University, with a completed minor in Business. He has been the recipient of various awards, and has acquired numerous work experiences encompassing both domestic and internationally based projects, ranging from large ski hill structures to small accessorized goods.

Curiosity and conceptually driven, Alan Cheng is a passionate individual with keen interests in technical products, interaction design, and human perception and behaviour. Amongst many, his main design philosophy focuses on designing products that exhibits an emotional connection between users and the product, in order to create exciting, memorable, and new experiences.
