Filo: Enhanced Craft Environment for Crochet Artists
FILO is a mobile craft studio designed to support crochet entrepreneurs working across markets, workshops, and community spaces. Developed through research into the physical and workflow challenges faced by makers, FILO addresses issues such as disorganized setups, material management, and prolonged crafting discomfort. The system combines mobility, organization, and workspace design through a detachable autonomous workspace unit that enables more flexible, efficient, and ergonomic creative workflows. While the project is centered around crochet practices, FILO is also adaptable to support a wider range of craft-based activities and creative workflows.
