Plenti: Reimagining the food bank donation collection system
My project aims to reimagine how we can support local food banks and connect with our communities in a way that is seamlessly integrated into everyday life and public spaces, while giving food banks the external support they need to keep up with growing demand.
Plenti is a non-profit organization concept focused on improving the grocery store donation experience through a scalable system of physical and digital touchpoints. By leveraging existing infrastructure and familiar everyday behaviors, the project increases visibility, accessibility, and convenience for donors while encouraging more intentional and consistent donation habits. Through guided interactions, real-time food bank needs, and community-focused branding, Plenti aims to reduce waste, strengthen community engagement, and support a more reliable flow of donations.
