Kunitsa EMU: Extravehicular Mobility Unit for Overlanding Beyond Earth.
With civilian access to space continuing to reach historical highs, recreational explorers known as overlanders will want to visit lands beyond Earth. To do this they will need an Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU), commonly known as a space suit. Present day EMUs are unsuitable for overlanders, as they are too bulky, difficult to use without support, and offer limited flexibility or adaptability. The Kunitsa EMU was designed to solve each of these problems by being lightweight, independently-operable, and extremely adaptable through its modular design and flexible resource management system.

My name is Jean-Luc Sabourin, and I am an industrial designer and concept artist from Ottawa. I have a passion for technology, manufacturing, and space.
