NEST: Ambulance Child Restraint
NEST is an ambulance child restraint that is designed to be attached to a stretcher. It accommodates children weighing 10-50 kg and restrains them safely and securely until they reach the hospital. The design focuses on human factors and user interactions to help decrease cognitive load for the paramedics. NEST can help paramedics work more efficiently, assisting and providing aid and provide a comfortable means of transportation to the distressed and injured young patient.
