This project aims to design a compact, versatile exercise product for middle-aged women, addressing the decline in bone density and frailty associated with menopause. The objective of this project is to encourage regular exercise, focusing on frailty prevention and overall health maintenance, while accommodating constraints such as limited time, space, and experience.”
