The UpLift: Bring your independence back.
The UpLift is a compact wheelchair attachment that replaces the armrest with a useful tool to help low strength elderly sit, stand, and stay balanced, bringing their independence and confidence back. It acts as a portable grab bar that tucks away and blends in with the wheelchair, acting as an armrest, and then expands to allow the user to freely get up and down from their wheelchair, with constant support within arms reach.
